We have a 14-day return policy, which means return requests for full refunds must be initiated and postmarked within 14 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, return window will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

While we do not accept exchanges, you may repurchase an item after initiating or completing a return. Sale items are FINAL sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
